Nonprofit organizations are critical to the long-term success of our communities. Without them, many dreams and goals would go unfulfilled. Yet these organizations are required to meet increasingly complex administrative and regulatory challenges with ever-tightening resources. That’s why Nonprofit Suite is 100% dedicated to provide services ONLY to nonprofit organizations. We’re proud of this distinction.

Our staff is trained and experienced with the unique structure and operations of tax-exempt entities. We implement solutions for clients that maximize the organization’s resources in order to meet regulatory needs and ensure sound fiscal practices.
Our team includes CPAs, Accountants, and Bookkeepers who are experienced professionals dedicated to the success of our clients. Because we only work with nonprofit organizations, we understand the unique requirements associated with your Accounting, Payroll and HR needs as well as cost control, secured funding and data privacy.
Our Dedication To The Work Of Nonprofits Doesn’t End At The Office
Each member of the team at Nonprofit Suite dedicates their own personal time, money, and talents to a number of organizations. And, in support of Nonprofit Suite employees, the company actually provides 2 days off to each employee so they can provide service to the nonprofits they support. Our team regularly volunteers time and resources to: Adopt-A-Classroom, Fix Our Ferals, Public Radio, Human Rights Campaign, Habitat for Humanity, Insight Garden Program at San Quentin, East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, First Mennonite Church of San Francisco, East Bay SPCA, elementary and high school PTAs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, San Francisco Aids Walk, Alameda Science and Technology Institute, St. Joachim Church Finance and Stewardship committee, Latino Leadership Committee All Saints Church, Mustang Soccer, and San Ramon Valley Education Foundation.
The Nonprofit Suite team has one goal: To help your organization manage your finances and resources more effectively so you can accomplish your mission and continue to grow and serve our community.
